Accommodations

We specialize in group travel and can find the perfect accommodations for your group. Typically, we recommend staying in 4-star accommodations or 3-star superiors. As a large group, travelers benefit from express check-in, group discounts, and more.

Transportation

Over the years we’ve developed contacts with some of the best coach bus companies in Europe. Standard coach buses have comfortable seating for up to 48 travelers. We’re also able to organize luxury class buses with on-board coffee machines, booth tables, and other unique layouts upon request.

Guided Tours

Included in your tour package are the guiding and tour operating services of Jake and/or Pete. We specialize in guiding groups through Europe. On our tours, we make a point of fostering a fun-loving casual atmosphere while providing individual attention to guests in a group setting.

Dining Packages

Tours typically include daily breakfast along with all-inclusive Welcome & Farewell dinner receptions. Groups may also choose to have daily dinners or other additional meals added to their itinerary. We usually make a group lunch reservation while out on tour with guests paying independently.

In 2017 we traveled through the heart of Germany during the 500th anniversary of the Reformation. On this tour, we visited fascinating destinations connected to one of the most transformative events in European history. Visits to beautiful medieval cities in the Thüringen, Franconian, and Bavarian regions of Germany made for an exciting trip with the perfect balance of history, culture, and plain old fun!

Summer Leisure Tour

This tour was designed for guests seeking an easy-going summer vacation in the beautiful town of Garmisch-Partenkirchen! This itinerary has a leisurely pace highlighting local destinations and Bavarian traditions.

A highlight for new and returning guests alike was the Garmisch Volksfest which took place during the tour dates. The festival beer tent, located just a stone’s throw away from our hotel was open daily and featured an intriguing program with special events planned.

Beer festivals take place throughout Bavaria starting in the Spring concluding with the world famous Oktoberfest. If you’d like to include an authentic German beer festival in your itinerary, let us know and we can provide you with more information about what’s happening when and where.

Reading German Club

We created this custom travel itinerary for members of the Reading, PA German club. The itinerary includes visits to some of Bavaria’s most beloved destinations along with a special event visit to the Haldenwang Gaufest.

D-Day 75th Anniversary Tour

Our tour begins in London where Allied Forces assembled in preparation for their D-Day attack. After cruising across the English Channel, we arrive in Normandy discovering the beaches where the future of Europe, and the world, was decided. Following a few days of R&R in the French capital, we travel through champagne country enroute to Bastogne. Along the way, a stop will be made in Reims, France where the German Army surrendered bringing the war against Hitler to a close. A celebratory champagne toast will be made at one of the regions world renowned Champagne houses. From Reims, we move on to the informative Bastogne War Museum where we will discover the history of  the decisive "Battle of the Bulge". Passing through Luxembourg we make a stop at the great General Patton’s grave located in the Luxembourg American Cemetery.  A visit to Heidelberg will be made as we cross over the Rhein River and into Germany on our way to Munich. While in Munich, we will discover the 3rd Reich history of what Hitler called the “Hauptstadt der Bewegung” or Capital City of the Movement. A day trip will also be made to the infamous Eagles Nest; Hitler's Alpine retreat liberated by Allied Forces in 1945.

Oktoberfest Tours

There’s nothing like a visit to the world famous Oktoberfest. For tours starting or ending in September, we like to include an optional Oktoberfest Add-on at the front or back end of the tour. We have tables reserved at the best tents and can ensure the perfect visit to the world’s largest Volksfest. We’re also happy to organize mutli-day visits to the Oktoberfest and other events upon request.

 

Christmas Market Tours

A highlight of every year is always our annual Christmas Market tour. While the tour includes visits to some of Europe’s most beloved Christmas Markets, we also take time to discover the local history and culture of destinations. The trip is the perfect mix of history, culture, and plain old fun. The Christmas Market dates are limited and spots on our scheduled tours go fast.

Passion Play Itineraries

Leading up to the 2020 Passion Play performances in Oberammergau, we organized 3 tour itineraries making their way to beautiful Bavaria. Two of these tours were set to begin Rome and end in Munich with the third starting in Budapest and ending in Munich. While the Passion Play was unfortunately rescheduled for 2022, these itineraries are a great example of our offerings “beyond” Bavaria.


Private Group Tours Payment & Refund Policy

Payment Policy

Tour requests are free of charge as is the initial travel consultation prior to creating your tour itinerary. After discussing the details of your trip we will request a non-refundable 250 euro deposit be made via our safe and secure online payment system. Once the deposit has been received we will get right to work putting our plans into action. Included in the booking are two itinerary revisions free of charge. Once we’ve perfected your itinerary we’ll request a second non-refundable payment. Depending on the payment policy chosen for your group, we will either (a) request a 10% non-refundable deposit for groups booking and paying together as a whole (b) request a 250 to 500 Euro per person deposit for each reservation based on the tour length. These funds will be used to organize the various aspects of your tour itinerary. Final payment for small group tours are due 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Upon request, we can create a payment plan dividing the reaming balance into several smaller payments if desired. Below you will find an overview of the refund policy for self guided tours.

10% payment or 250 to 500 Euro per person finalizing reservation - non refundable

  1. Cancellation up to 91 days prior to arrival - all non-refundable deposits received to date withheld

  2. Cancellation 90 to 60 days prior to arrival - 75% Refund of Final Payment amount 

  3. Cancellation 59 to 30 days prior to arrival - 50% Refund of the Final Payment

  4. Cancellation 29 to 14 days prior to arrival - 25% Refund of the Final Payment 

  5. Cancellation 14 to 7 days prior to arrival - 10% Refund of the Final Payment

  6. Cancellation within 7 days - no refund
